Directions:
If travelling Eastbound on the A11 exit at the first roundabout signposted Thetford. You will see Sainsbury’s on your right as you come off the roundabout. If travelling Westbound on the A11 exit at the 4th roundabout signposted Thetford, you will see Sainsbury’s on your left just before the roundabout. Then take the second right next to Quick Fit and Tiles R Us, follow the road down and around to the left and you will see our building (white with red roof) a little further along on the right.

Directions:
The centre can be reached from a number of different directions, it being located on the main road between Colchester and Halstead but not directly accessible from the A12

From Ipswich – A12 Junction 26 for Halstead

Leave dual carriageway at Junction 26 (signposted to Halstead and Stanway) and turn right at roundabout, third exit.  This is signposted to Halstead A1124 and Railway Museum

At next roundabout, take second exit

Follow road through Eight Ash Green, passing Dental Surgery on the right

Continue through Aldham and Ford street – narrow bridge controlled by traffic lights with the Shoulder  of Mutton pub on the right (now closed)

This is followed by Chappell where you will pass under a high multi-arched via-duct

Wakes Hall Business Centre is on the right (just after 40mph speed limit sign and sign to Wakes Colne Green on right). The entrance to the driveway is marked by dark green name boards.

From London

Follow A12 Junction 26- Halstead.

Take slip road to roundabout and take first exit to the left – signposted to Halstead A1124 and Railway Museum

From Braintree/Stanstead A120

Stay on A120 until Coggeshall

Turn left from Coggeshall bypass onto B1024 signposted to Earls Colne

(note: there is a turning to Coggeshall on the right about a mile prior to this turning: DO NOT TAKE THIS TURNING)

Follow B1024, passing Peter Watts Wine Merchant on left, Marks Hall and about a mile further on, Earls Colne Business Park

At the end of the  road, in Earls Colne, turn right onto A1124 towards Colchester

Follow road through White Colne, past a company on the right that sells vans (Colne Commercials).  Road enters Wakes Colne with 40mph speed limit

An entrance to Wakes Hall  (now boarded up) is on the left and a few yards after this, just over the brow of the hill, is a sign warning of flooding

The entrance to Wakes Hall Business Centre is immediately after this on the left, marked by dark green name boards.

Wakes Hall business Centre - Visitor Information

PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY and slowly as there are speed bumps

Enter Wakes Hall Business Centre going between narrow metal pillars

Follow drive round to the left, between 12 and 17. Keep left then turn sharp left between two buildings (number 9)

Turn immediately right between two large black posts – this is a narrow and tight turning, you will see number 6 in front.

Extreme care is required

Follow road round slight left curve past number 6 then turn right: Number 7 is in front of you.  Parking spaces are reserved for client’s use by the wall in front of number 7

Directions:
East Anglian DriveAbility’s Campsea Ashe Outreach service is located at The Station House Wickham Market Railway Station, on the East Coast Railway Line. Train times are available. To confuse things a little, it is actually in the Village of Campsea Ashe. So, if travelling by Car you need to follow Sat Nav for IP13 0PT.

Please note, there are also several spellings for Campsea Ashe and if traveling via the A12 the road signs spell it as Campsey Ash.

Travelling Southbound from the Lowestoft Direction

Please leave the A12 at the exit signposted Framlingham / Wickham Market and Hacheston/Campsey Ash and turn left onto the B1078 towards the village. It is located about a mile from there.

Travelling Northbound from the Ipswich direction

Please exit the A12 at the signposted Framlingham / Wickham Market and Hacheston/Campsey Ash and turn right onto the B1078 signposted Orford Campsey Ash. The Station House is located about a mile from there.

Visitor Information

On arrival, there are 2 disabled parking bays available at The Station House. If you do not have a Blue Badge, the desired parking option is for your driver to park at the Clarke and Simpson Auction Centre which is a 2-minute walk to The Station House. Please see map attached.

If closer parking is required due to mobility, please notify us of your arrival and we will assist you with parking.

Our room is located on the first floor but a platform lift is available. On arrival please let the Station staff at the Café know and they will then invite you upstairs. Your accompanying companion can either stay downstairs in the Station House main area, or upstairs where a small waiting room is available.

From A148, A149 At Knightshill roundabout follow the signs for Kings Lynn.

At major traffic lights continue ahead. Turn left into (NURSERY LANE).

Follow the road ahead turn left (CHURCH LANE) 300 yards on the right opposite St Mary’s church. Situated at the end of the car park.

From the south follow signs (TOWN CENTRE) Follow this road approximately 3 miles.

Turn left (Nursery Lane), follow the road ahead, turn left (Church Lane), 300 yards on the right opposite St Mary’s church, situated at the end of the car park.
