How to Refer

We have an open referral system and clients may refer themselves or they may be referred by third parties such as Doctors, other Health Professionals, DVLA, Motability, Access to Work, Solicitors, Insurance Companies, Social Services and Charities etc.

There are a number of ways in which you can refer someone to us for an assessment:
